Merchandise returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant.

Tickets are issued digitally by email. If you cannot find your QR tickets, contact us before the event and we can help locate your order.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. For cancelled or rescheduled events, PWE will share the available options with ticket holders.
